who asks receives answers. But these are not always useful. And often there are the questions that were asked wrong and cause inaccurate answers. If a project is in the balance, a delicate situation arrives and reaches the voltage in a project team to a climax, one often asks: "Why?". That should bring concrete answers that question hardly understood, without saying why you make better objective questions:
- How have we designed the reporting that we could have missed it?
- Who made the estimates for this work package?
- What we have adopted in the planning which is not true anymore?
- Where should we happen again?
resulting from these questions answers that help solve or improve the situation can. Try it!
