Which project manager does not know that? It has been entrusted to a team member a task and waits for the result. And then comes the result - perhaps later than expected - but it does not comply the expectations of the project manager. What now? It is important in project management that can be avoided already in the task of defining possible future misunderstandings. If they happen but it needs constructive feedback. These three main points are to be respected:

- Good feedback does not need rules, but an attitude of respect for the other.
